Cancellations must follow the terms outlined in your membership or service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Marblehead Fitness. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or late cancellations.

By participating in our fitness programs, you confirm that you are in good physical health and able to engage in physical activity. You agree to disclose any injuries, limitations, or health conditions to staff prior to participation.

Marblehead Fitness is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur through the use of our facilities or services. Participation is at your own risk.
